AT 3 PM...ROCHESTER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR THE
CITY OF PETERSON...WHICH IS 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WINONA. THIS SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH AND SHOULD REACH RUSHFORD
BY 310 PM...AND MONEY CREEK BY 325 PM.
