STRETCHING NEAR BALSAM LAKE IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE STORM WAS
MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE CITIES OF
RICE LAKE...AND CUMBERLAND AND BARRON BETWEEN 1245 AM AND 115 AM.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...
DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.  FOR YOUR PROTECTION
