IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...FARIBAULT COUNTY AT 945 AM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED NEAR DELAVAN AND WINNEBAGO OR 30 MILES SOUTH OF MANKATO.
