FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES TORRENTIAL RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS OVER
EXTREME NORTHWEST TODD COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE SHOWN VERY
LITTLE MOVEMENT SINCE 2 AM. BETWEEN 4 AND 6 AM THEY SHOULD SLOWLY
EXPAND SOUTHEAST OVER MUCH OF TODD COUNTY.
 
FLOODING IS EXPECTED PRIMARILY NORTH OF LONG PRAIRIE.  SOME COMMUNITIES
THAT CAN EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING ARE STAPLES...BERTHA...
HEWITT...BROWERVILLE AND EAGLE BEND.
 
PERSONS IN MORRISON AND STEARNS COUNTIES CAN ALSO EXPECT SOME PERIODS OF
HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN 4 AND 6 AM.

MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES...DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
