000 TTAA00 KMOB 272245 TORMOB MSC153-272345- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOBILE AL 544 PM CDT FRI OCT 27 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI ...WAYNE COUNTY AT 542 PM MOBILE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO SOUTHWESTERN WAYNE COUNTY. THIS STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE DE SOTO NATIONAL FOREST TOWARD THE COMMUNITY OF MULBERRY. THIS STORM HAS HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORNADOES AS IT MOVED ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
