AT 1215 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM OVER
NORTHERN OKLALOOSA COUNTY IN THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE. THIS STORM PRODUCED
A TORNADO IN CRESTVIEW FLORIDA. THE STORM WAS LOCATED 20 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF DAMASCUS AND WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 40 MPH.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS UNDER
STURDY FURNITURE IN AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. USE
PILLOWS TO COVER YOUR BODY. AVOID WINDOWS. A MOBILE HOME IS NOT A
