AT 905 PM RADAR CONTINUES TO INDICATE THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
IN CENTRAL BALDWIN COUNTY. RADAR INDICATIONS OF OVER THREE INCHES OF
RAIN BETWEEN 8 AND 9 PM JUST NORTH AND NORTHWEST OF SEMINOLE. A HAM
RADIO OPERATOR REPORTED TWO FEET OF WATER FLOWING ACROSS ALABAMA HIGHWAY
112 AT THE 5 MILE MARKER JUST INSIDE THE ALABAMA STATE LINE.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
