AT 232 AM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS APPROACHING 3
INCHES IN 3 HOURS HAVE OCCURRED OVER NORTHERN ESCAMBIA COUNTY. AN
ADDITION 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE LIKELY BEFORE DAYBREAK.
 
SOME ROAD FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN THE NORTHERN PART OF THE
COUNTY.
