TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA
 
   ...SOUTHERN DADE COUNTY
 
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS ALONG THE SOUTHEAST FLORIDA COAST
 
AT 145 PM WEATHER OBSERVERS AT HOMESTEAD AIR FORCE BASE
WERE OBERVING A DEVELOPING FUNNEL CLOUD WHICH MAY
DEVELOP AND TOUCH GROUND. THE FUNNEL WAS ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTHWEST
 OF HOMESTEAD NEAR U.S. 1.
