TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...WESTERN PECOS COUNTY
 
AT 420 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT THE
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 31 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FORT STOCKTON MAY HAVE
A POSSIBLE TORNADO.  THEREFORE...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
IN EFFECT HAS BEEN UPGARDED TO A TORNADO WARNING.  MOVEMENT
WAS EAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.
