FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 516 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO IN THE
VICINITY OF LOOP. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT LESS THAN 10 MILES AN
HOUR. PERSONS IN THE VICINITY OF LOOP SHOULD TAKE COVER NOW. THIS
WARNING REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEAST
GAINES COUNTY.
