FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST TEXAS

   ...NORTHEASTERN BORDEN COUNTY

...AT 526 PM CDT...MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO
11 MILES NORTHEAST OF GAIL. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES
AN HOUR. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY CROSS THE JUNCTION OF FM 2350 AND FM 612
BY 540 PM CDT AND CROSS HIGHWAY 180 NEAR THE BORDEN-SCURRY COUNTY LINE
BY 605 PM CDT.
