AT 300 PM RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO IN EAST RANDOLPH COUNTY BETWEEN RED
BUD AND PRAIRIE DU ROCHER. THE STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
 
THE STATE POLICE REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR BALDWIN.
 
BALDWIN...SPARTA AND STEELVILLE ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
