IN CENTRAL MISSOURI ...MONITEAU COUNTY AT 450 AM...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF CALIFORNIA. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE TOWNS OF TIPTON AND CALIFORNIA BETWEEN 5 AND 530 AM THIS MORNING.
