D NEAR STARK.  THE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT A LARGE AREA OF
1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS PIKE COUNTY SINCE 245 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. NEVER DRIVE OR WALK INTO FLOOD WATER.
