AT 1140 PM...THE HIGHWAY 94 TEMPORARY BARRICADE BETWEEN SIMCOX AND ALTA
VILLA ROAD HAS BEEN BREACHED. THIS IS PART OF THE NORTH COUNTY LEVEE
ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. IT IS NECESSARY FOR RESIDENTS AND
BUSINESSES IN THE WEST ALTON AREA TO EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY.
