FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH OR JUST WEST OF BLACKFORD BY 805
AM AND NEAR SHADY GROVE BY 810 AM.
 
AT 744 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 45 MILES NORTHEAST OF
PADUCAH OR 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF MARION KENTUCKY.   THE TORNADO WAS
MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH.
