AT 434 PM...LAKE CHARLES RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO OVER THE SABINE RIVER
JUST WEST OF SINGER. THE THUNDERSTORM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TORNADO WAS
MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
