THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EVANSVILLE HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
 
   ...CHRISTIAN COUNTY...LOGAN COUNTY...TODD COUNTY
 
AT 333 AM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR JUST SOUTH OF
HOPKINSVILLE KENTUCKY. FORT CAMPBELL KENTUCKY REPORTED WIND GUST TO 75
MPH AT 325 AM CDT. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH AND
WILL MOVE TO GUTHRIE KENTUCKY BY 350 AM CDT AND NEAR OLMSTEAD AND
ADAIRVILLE KENTUCKY BY SHORTLY AFTER 400 AM CDT. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH
OF THIS STORM TAKE COVER.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
