FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

AT 530 AM CDT...A BRIDGE OVER SULPHER CREEK...5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
TOMPKINSVILLE WAS REPORTED FLOODED BY THE MONROE COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT. PLEASE MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND WHEN RAPIDLY RISING WATER
THREATENS...TO SAVE YOUR LIFE.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
