AT 400 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN NORTH CENTRAL
UNION COUNTY NEAR CLAIBORNE. THE STORM IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 40 MPH.
