FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

...A FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM FOR WESTERN AND SOUTHERN
SUMNER COUNTY.
 
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DROPPED OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER PARTS OF SUMNER
COUNTY AND OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT BLUFF CREEK WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS NEAR
ARGONIA. MORE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED IN THE AREA IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
