FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 1142 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO CHEROKEE
COUNTY WITH CONTINUED STORMS EXPECTED THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
THIS LINE OF STORMS IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN AN
HOUR WHICH WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS.
 
MORE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE NIGHT WHICH MAY CAUSE WATER
COVERED ROADWAYS WITH ADDITIONAL FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING
