AT 140 AM...A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING THROUGH SOUTHEAST
TEXAS. IT WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE FROM KOUNTZE TO NEAR LIBERTY TO
DOWNTOWN HOUSTON. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS LINE HAS A
HISTORY OF WIND DAMAGE.
 
THIS IS A DANGERONUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE
FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND
VERY HEAVY RAIN.  IF CAUGHT OUTSIDE... MOVE TO A SHELTER...
