AT 534 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS DETECTED BY SIOUX FALLS
DOPPLER RADAR 20 MILES SOUTH OF SIOUX FALLS  OR 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
CANTON MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 34 MPH.
