IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...BARTOW COUNTY...EASTERN FLOYD COUNTY AT 1:45 PM RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH ROME AREA. FLOYD COUNTY EMA REPORTED STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY RAINS AND NUMEROUS POWER OUTAGES IN THE AREA. THESE THUNERSTORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.
