FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  500 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA

AT 245 AM EDT RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL
MOVING THROUGH HART COUNTY.  RAINFALL RATES MAY EXCEED 1 INCH PER HOUR
DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
 
ONE REPORT FROM THE HART COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE OF SEVERAL CREEKS
OVER-RUNNING THEIR BANKS ALL OVER THE COUNTY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
