MOVING THROUGH THE REGION NOW...RUNOFF AND MORE EXPECTED RAIN COULD

THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
ONE...ON FOOT.  TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
