AT 10 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS DEL RIO. A TORNADO WAS REPORTED NEAR THE
JAIL. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE REPORTED A WIND GUST OF 62
MPH.
