WEATHER DOPPLER AND SATELLITE PHOTOGRAPHS INDICATE THAT UP TO 4
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER GOLIAD AND VICTORIA AND LAVACA
COUNTIES THIS MORNING.  THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE AN EXTRA
1 TO 2 INCHES THIS MORNING IN THE NEXT 2 HOURS THAT WILL MAKE
FLOODING EVEN WORSE ACROSS THE 3 COUNTIES.
