THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA

  ...WEST CENTRAL HUMBOLDT COUNTY
     INCLUDING ARCATA AND MCKINLEYVILLE

THE SMALL RIVER AND STREAM FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR ARCATA AND
MCKINLEYVILLE UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT.  DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER
REPORTS INDICATE RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE AREA.  THE
HUMBOLDT COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTS ESSEX LN EAST OF ARCATA IS
WASHED OUT AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE REPORTS OF FLOODING ACROSS
MCKINLEYVILLE.
