IN CENTRAL KANSAS ...EASTERN NESS COUNTY...RUSH COUNTY RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO EAST OF NESS CITY NEAR BAZINE. A SECOND TORNADO WAS INDICATED NORTHWEST OF LACROSSE OR HARGRAVE. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NEAR ALEXANDER...MACOMA...LACROSSE AND LIEBENTHAL.
