THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SCOTT COUNTY MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 5
MPH. STORM PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES BETWEEN 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE COMMON
ACROSS THE COUNTY AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
