IN PENNSYLVANIA ...YORK AND LANCASTER COUNTIES AT 450 PM DOPPLER RADAR IN STATE COLLEGE SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR DOVER IN YORK COUNTY. A PREVIOUS STORM PUT DOWN A TORNADO NEAR PALMYRA. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AND WILL ENTER LANCASTER COUNTY NEAR BAINBRIDGE BY 515 PM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
