TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...WARREN COUNTY
 
AT 450 PM...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER EASTERN ERIE COUNTY...AND
WERE RACING EAST AT 50 MILES AN HOUR. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF
PRODUCING DAMAGE THIS AFTERNOON...AND FUNNEL CLOUDS. THE STORM WILL
ENTER WESTERN WARREN COUNTY BY 5 PM...AN BE OVER EASTERN WARREN COUNTY
BY 6 PM.
 
LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND POSSIBLE TORNADOES ARE POSSIBLE WITH
THESE STORMS.  BE ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES IN CONDITIONS.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A
BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
