OVER EASTERN POTTER COUNTY EXTENDING FROM NEAR ULYSSES SOUTHWEST
TO NEAR CONRAD IN SOUTHWEST POTTER COUNTY. THE STORMS ARE MOVING
EAST AT 45 MPH AND WILL REACH THE WELLSBORO AREA AROUND 630 PM
