AT 805 PM STATE COLLEGE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A NEARLY STATIONARY
THUNDERSTORM JUST TO THE SOUTH OF ALTOONA...NEAR HOLIDAYSBURG. THIS
STORM IS DROPPING VERY HEAVY RAIN AND HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE
LOCALIZED FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
