IN PENNSYLVANIA ...FULTON COUNTY AT 400 PM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER FULTON COUNTY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS FULTON COUNTY DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. THESE RAINS WILL PRODUCE FLOODING IN URBAN AREAS...AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE...AND MAY CAUSE SMALL STREAMS TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. DO NOT DRIVE YO:UR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
