AT 400 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR ON THE
OHIO PENNSYLVANIA BORDER NEAR LAKE PYMATUNING. THE STORM CONTAINING THIS
DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL HIT THE
TOWNS OF CONNEAUTVILLE LAKE AND MEADVILLE BY 420 PM.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A
BASEMENT. PROTECT YOUR HEAD... CHEST AND EXPOlSED SKIN.
