FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE
 
 
AT 500 PM EDT...CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
NEAR THE TOWN KIMBAL. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
