PORTAGE COUNTY AT 1030 PM EDT. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALSO MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH THROUGH PORTAGE COUNTY AT THAT TIME. THIS STORM WILL
MOVE INTO MAHONING COUNTY BY 1045 PM.
