FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE DEVELOPING TORNADO BETWEEN WILLARD AND
NORWALK NEAR PERU OHIO. IT IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL PASS
THROUGH WAKEMAN AND CLARKSFIELD.
