FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 250 PM NWS DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
ALONG THE LAKSHORE IN ASHTABULA AND EASTERN LAKE COUNTIES. SINCE 2PM
FROM 1.5 TO 2.0 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH THESE STORMS.
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA
THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON AND WILL LIKELY RESULT IN LOCALLIZED FLASH
FLOODING.
