FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 725 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SLOW MOVING
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH CENTRAL GEAUGA INTO EASTERN CUYAHOGA
COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2.50 INCHES OF RAIN FELL NEAR BURTON IN
GEAUGA COUNTY SINCE 630 PM. HEAVY RAIN WILL PERSIST THROUGH 830 PM AND
WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING FROM MIDDLEFIELD WEST THROUGH SOUTH
RUSSELL.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
