TORRENTIAL RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS
CUYAHOGA COUNTY WAS BEGINNING TO CAUSE FLOODING. A CAR WAS REPORTED
TRAPPED BY HIGH WATER ON WEST 130TH STREET IN BROOK PARK AT 810 PM.
