FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...ASHLAND COUNTY...LORAIN COUNTY
 
AT 800 PM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND ESTIMATED THAT NEARLY TWO INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF LORAIN AND ASHLAND COUNTIES SINCE 7 PM.
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AUTOMATED RAINGAGE IN PENFIELD REPORTED OVER AN
INCH OF RAIN SINCE 800 PM. RAIN WILL PERSIST IN THESE AREAS FOR AT LEAST
ONE MORE HOUR.
