THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS WERE OCCURRING OVER NORTHERN
TRUMBULL COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR AT CLEVELAND HAS INDICATED AROUND 2
INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 530 AND 630 PM THIS AFTERNOON. SHERIFFS DEPUTIES
DO INDICATE SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADS OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN
TRUMBULL COUNTY. HEAVIEST RAINS APPEAR TO HAVE FALLEN MAINLY NORTH OF
MOSQUITO CREEK RESERVOIR.
 
MOST bFLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
ONE...ON FOOT.
