FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY
 
AT 905 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND WAS
INDICATING NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS OVER BOTH ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES
IN NORTHWEST PA. THE STORMS HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS
AND RADAR ESTIMATES OF 1 AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN SOME
LOCATIONS.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDRER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
