FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 12:30 PM CLEVELAND DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN 2 AND 2.5
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH A THUNDERSTORM SINCE 11:45 AM THIS
MORNING IN EXTREME WESTERN CRAWFORD COUNTY NEAR LINESVILLE. THE
THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO DROP VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS WEST AND NORTHWEST CRAWFORD COUNTY. SOME TOWNS
IN THE PATH OF THE STORM INCLUDE CONNEAUTVILLE AND SPRINGBORO.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MNOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
