FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...CUYAHOGA COUNTY...LAKE COUNTY...LORAIN COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING ALONG THE LAKESHORE LATE THIS MORNING AND WILL
LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF URBAN AREAS...SMALL STREAMS... AND POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS. 1.7 INCHES OF RAIN WAS REPORTED AT LAGRANGE IN LORAIN
COUNTY SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TbOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
